Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our handmade and hygiene-sensitive products, we are unable to accept returns on used or opened items.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we will work with you to resolve it.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
