At Melt Spritz & Scrub, we want you to love your purchase. As our products are handmade and hygienic in nature, please read our returns policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on used or opened items for hygiene and safety reasons.
If you change your mind about your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item, provided the product is:
- Unused
- Unopened
- In its original packaging
- In a resaleable condition
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once reviewed, we will offer either:
- A replacement, or
- A refund, where appropriate.
Refunds
Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned if opened or used:
- Wax melts
- Room and linen sprays
- Carpet fresheners
- Mop, sink, or toilet fizz products
- Any other fragrance-based products
Allergies and Sensitivities
Our products contain fragrance oils that may include allergens. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
We cannot offer refunds or returns based on personal scent preference or sensitivities.
