Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Melt Spritz & Scrub. We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).

During busy periods, seasonal launches, or promotional events, processing times may extend slightly. If there are any unexpected delays, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will begin processing on the next working day.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Our current shipping options are:

Standard UK Delivery – £3.99
Free UK Delivery on orders over £30

Shipping times are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once dispatched, most orders arrive within:

2–4 working days (UK)

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the courier service and location.

Dispatch Confirmation

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email.

Delivery Responsibility

Once your parcel has been dispatched and handed over to the courier, delivery times are outside of our control. Melt Spritz & Scrub cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal services, weather conditions, or other external factors.

Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery address entered at checkout is correct.

If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is returned to us, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.

Lost Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier.

Please note that courier investigations may take several working days to complete before a replacement or refund can be issued.

Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging your order securely. However, if your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
